The Art Cellar is a funky, subterranean space that is adjacent to Artistic Roots and can hold up to 83 people. That’s an odd number (literally), but the room can be configured for parties large and small. We held our office holiday gathering there this week and I was extremely impressed by the service, food, sound system, and fully stocked (and customizable) bar.
Some of you may remember the space as the old Jigger Johnson’s bar—a locale that conjures up many fond memories for Plymouth State alumni. The Art Cellar is a far cry from the days of fish bowls, pool tables, and last calls.
